Our goals

Some upcoming goals for 2008: If 2007 is anything to judge the success of the mission by then we are certainly expecting great things to happen in 2008. The Organization is going from strength to strength and we have some possibilities to do some simply wonderful things in the upcoming year.

The launch of the Shoe4Africa Tutajenga projects will be a start; basically the word means 'we build together' and that is what we'll be doing with races and events in Africa.

Shoe4Africa Iten race. This January the focus will be on Iten's school children. And this event will kick off to the Kenyan press the Kibera project.

Shoe4Africa goes to Dubai. Yes, we are planning a shoe drive at the Dubai marathon.

Our goals

Shoe4Africa will be at the World's Richest Half Marathon, Ras Al Khaimah, in February 2008.

Shoe4Africa goes to Ethiopia! Starting with a small village event Shoe4Africa begins its drive to help Ethiopia. Summer 2008.

Shoe4Africa goes to Iceland! Collecting shoes at the finish of the Reykjavik Marathon, August 23rd.

Shoe4Africa goes to Norway! Collaborating with Shoe4Africa's ambassador in her hometown, collecting shoes at the Oslo Marathon with Grete Waitz, September 28th.

Shoe4Africa will be at the World's Richest Half Marathon, Ras Al Khaimah, in February 2008.
