Thanks Tri Life & Good luck!

I went to give a brief talk at the send off party for 17 courageous souls from the Tri Life team who will be jetting off on Tuesday to South Africa to take part in the famous Comrades Marathon.  The kind athletes did a shoe drive for both Shoe4Africa and for a South African charity; they supplied me with both Shoes and postage (most appreciated).  So just a shout out, a big thanks, and enjoy those 56-miles!
