I started running in 2010 when I joined the Fashion Institute of Technology Half Marathon and Cross Country team. Through this team I met many wonderful athletes who shared the same interest - enjoying life through sports and helping others do the same, as well. Since moving back to California, I enrolled for the San Jose Rock and Roll Half Marathon. Everything of what I fundraise will go Shoe4Africa's project to building the hospital for kids.
